Hi,

Place an order last night for phone and sim through the app.
Took me through payment and verified with bank. 
Then no money taken or pending but received email with contract summary. 
Has it gone through?

Once your order has been processed, you’ll receive your confirmation along with any tracking information. This is usually completed within 24 hours.
