Hi I upgraded yesterday was told to Expect my new phone today. I’ve not received any confirmation of this or any order number to track it with dpd, nor have I received any time slot messages to say when it’s getting delivered.

Thanks for coming here. 

Have you downloaded the DPD app and entered your email address and postcode to see if they have any deliveries scheduled? 

Has your plan changed?
