why can’t I see what is the progress of my order for the iPhone 17 pro max?

I ordered on Saturday normally you guys show this very quick same day even but it’s now mid way through Tuesday and nothing yet?

If you cannot access EE order tracking then you'll need to speak to EE CS on 150.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.

Did the same thing. Rang them today and apparently its on 14 days back order…
