I placed an order over 24hrs ago, I received an email confirming the order had went through and the payment for the order was taken, however when I am trying to track this order I am receiving the following message-

I would greatly appreciate it if someone could reply and explain why this is happening, if it helps the handset I ordered was a Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra 5g 512gb in black.
