I placed an order over 24hrs ago, I received an email confirming the order had went through and the payment for the order was taken, however when I am trying to track this order I am receiving the following message-

 

Sorry, that didn't work!

 

Please try again. You'll need:

 
  • Your order reference number: It's 8 or 12 characters and may include numbers and letters.
  • Email address or phone number: Just make sure you use the same email or the phone number you used to place your order.
 

 

 

I would greatly appreciate it if someone could reply and explain why this is happening, if it helps the handset I ordered was a Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra 5g 512gb in black.

If you want more information then you'll need to speak to EE CS on 150.
