I ordered an upgrade on Monday and am yet to receive any updates. I have received the trade in pack through the post, but no sign of the new phone.
When I go to track the order I am unable to get any information; the upfront cost seems to have been refunded; and the phone appears to be out of stock on the website.
For reference, the phone I ordered was a Samsung galaxy s22+ 128gb in green.

If the phone is showing out of stock, then that may be the reason for the refund, which would then be taken once EE can send the phone to you.
As this is not customer service, you would have to ring them, if you are concerned, but generally, once they are ready to send the phone to you, you will get updates especially from DPD the evening before delivery and another one on the day of delivery with a one hour window.
