Yea I’ve had same problem no update about delivery since my initial email and now that order number isn’t working 😖 calling is pointless just saying wait til next week

I can't find any stock information for that device. I think it's best if you give our customer support team a call, so that they can check your order to make sure everything is as it should be.

The current estimated timescale for that device is to expect dispatch within 14 days. DPD will be in touch with you when it's ready to be delivered.
