No confirmation email

Hi I've just upgraded my contract to iphone 14 over the phone, but I haven't received a confirmation email or text.  I've called ee back twice to check, both times they've said they can see the upgrade, but they can't provide me with an order number.  Apparently, the confirmation email can take up to 24 hours to come through, but I've paid for next day delivery.

If they have confirmed the order, it will just be going through the processing motions. DPD will be in touch with you when there's a delivery tracking number.
