I ordered a new iPhone 14 in black on Saturday (it’s now Thursday) and I’ve had no contact, I called that same day for some other information and the lady said the phone would arrive the next day. I’ve had no message or confirmation of shipping. I cannot get through to the freephone or the 150 number it just goes through the options of topping up. I’m getting frustrated with trying to contact ee cause it seems impossible. I just want to know when my phone is arriving. When my phone does arrive I need to contact ee to sort my number out, something so simple is seeming to difficult. I’ve been with ee since I was a teen and I stayed with them with this upgrade cause I trust them but now I’m thinking I should have gone with someone else.

Yes, you can place a backorder with an estimated delivery timescale. The iPhone 14 128GB in Midnight Black is expected to be dispatched in one day, so it is in stock and you should have received it by now.
