Nintendo switch add on delivery time

I ordered a nintendo switch add on on the 20th and haven't had any delivery updates, I'm not even sure what the delivery time is? I haven't been given an expected date or even a time frame? Can anyone help?

Hi Chris, yes I got an order confirmation, I've tried to use the order number on the tracking system to find out when it may come but that's not worked either!

The next thing you're likely to get is delivery information from DPD. They usually message the day before and morning of delivery.

If you're worried about the order at all, I'd recommend speaking to our Mobile Care team so they can check it for you.

So is there no standard time frame to go by? so I would know if it was something to start worrying about if I haven't received any details after so many days?
