I recently placed and order online for a sim only contract renewal. I can't fine any update but have had an email from ********************
Is this real or a scam? And how can I check for updated on my order?

If you have just placed an order then I'd say it's likely to be real, maybe they accidently used the wrong from address when sending it.
What did the email say? If you want to discuss your order, call EE on one of the numbers the publish on their web site, or try live chat.

The email said
"I have your online order here , I will need to speak with you briefly for verification , please could you email with a preferred time to call and the best number for contact ?"
I'm happy to call but just worried its a scam, but there is no urgency in the email or any links to click. Just didn't seem a very professional email.
