Missed delivery and now sending back to EE, what do I do about my pay monthly order now and no communication for either end?

I am sorry to hear this.
Did you receive a text with your tracking number from EE?
Once your parcel has been scanned back in the warehouse your plan will usually revert back to your original plan or if this was a new line the account will close.
You will receive notification once your parcel has been processed at the warehouse, you will then be able either re-order by giving us a call or visiting your local EE Store.
