Hi I ordered this yesterday. It stated usually dispatched 1-3 days. I log into my account today and it says "Sorry, your order is delayed. We’ll email you once it’s dispatched". The product page has now been updated to "Available to order. Usually dispatched in more than 28 days." Can you please advise on my delivery time scale as this definitely said 1-3 days when I purchased. Thanks.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.

I accidentally hit solution but that was less than helpful.

@tartanarmy , I have undone the solution for you, if that is what you wanted, but not sure what else you would want here, as you would need to call customer service to see if you can find out more.

I suspect when you put your order in, there was one available and someone who ordered it before you, as orders are done on first come first serve basis, got it first or website had not been updated at the time, and so now there is a wait, as EE have got orders in with a wait, although could be less than 28 days, if they get them sooner, all depends when they have ordered more and when they get them.
