I have today applied for a contract phone, paid the upfront fee and have received an email saying I need to call to discuss was subject.. nothing about it in email just order details and no number. Tried to call them and all options ask for a number which I don’t have yet. What do I do please

@Kaylilou1 : Try calling EE Sales on +44 800 956 6000 (option 2 > option 4) . That won't ask for an EE mobile no.
