Hi i lost my phone on 18-08-2024 i made claim while standing on the station at a time when this happened, i am paying full insurance cover every month, i am without phone and sim  and i am losing my job because of that every time i call them they said your claim is under review what do you mean by this whats the point of paying that amount for insurance every time.

at the the time contract they told you that you got the phone next working day but they don’t.

very disappointed

@Hadia1   The insurance underwriter has to approve your claim, that’s not EE it’s Chubb European Group SE.
