Hello I ordered the new Xbox x series and was told it would be delivered today but got no tracking or idea when it’s coming,also on my account it’s not there ?

Please keep an eye on your My EE account for this being added and the payment will be taken from your bank @Darknewt

Thanks for coming here.
The Xbox will be added to your My EE account once the order has been processed.
Once your order has been dispatched, DPD will be in touch with delivery information.
You can also download the DPD app and use the email address as the reference and postcode. This will show you any deliveries for your address.

Thanks for the reply,can’t see it coming today now if it hasn’t been processed yet,they’ve got the delivery charge but not the 10 quid up front yet,so makes sense it’s not gone through processing as of now,thanks db

I have also ordered the Xbox bundle. I have received no email and the £10 has been paid and shows as a credit on my account. Does this mean the order has gone through or not?
