If i don’t receive My order, why you don’t send me back My money ?

Hi, sorry but i have a problem again. I spoke 10 min ago with somebody on EE and she Tell me i will not get My money back only a cec. I don’t want a cec because i don’t Pay with cec and to go to a store. What store and Why ???? EE are very unserious!!!!

I spoke already with somebody and send me i don’t know were. I don’t have time to walk away for My money. All that i want is to cancel My order XKOxxxxxxxxx and to get My money back. It’s so difficult?

@Adina191 , You must not put any personal details, including order number here, you will have to speak to customer service, as there is nothing that can be done here in the forum, this is a public forum, no access to accounts.

If product is sent to your address and no-one is there to receive it, it will go back to EE and you should then receive a refund, but it is up to you to contact EE and cancel. Worth trying at different times contacting EE, as it also depends whether they are busy at that time, I have not waited more than 20 minutes, usually a lot less, best to try early in the morning.
