Hi, I early upgraded and paid the early upgrade fee on the 4th of September-I’ve since received an email confirmation from EE however my plan hasn't updated on my EE account and I’ve heard no more, when should I expect the change to happen? I’m nearing the 14 day period now!

@Haysiebabe If your plan has updated on your EE account to this new tariff than your on your new tariff.

Sorry it’s hasn’t updated-typo error! I can’t access plan details on my EE account online!

If you text BALANCE to 150, has the plan changed?
If the plan has not changed, please call us on 150 and the team will get this looked into for you.
