Dpd didnt knock

Dpd driver Mark stated he knocked and sent message saying wouldn't be back till following day. He never knocked I was in with my daughter and my dog would have bark. Not happy waited in all day for item to be **bleep** on from dpd as they are useless. Wouldn't return yet was literally round corner from me

Delivery drivers tend to be on tight schedules, so it is always going to be hard to get them to turn round.

Exact same happened to me today. They're absolutely abysmal. Rated 1.1/5 star on trust pilot. (Nottinghamshire area).  I waited in the front room by the door, no knock, went outside filming the moment it said they'd missed me and no van was there, the flier hadn't been pushed through the letter box which suggests they purposely did that just so I wouldn't hear.  I try and click on the 4.9 star for the driver on the app to see the reviews and it doesn't let you.

Your delivery should be rearranged with DPD.
