Hi i recently ordered the wrong Iphone model; and I rejected my delivery with DPD when it was attempted ; Will EE then restore me to my original plan and cancel the contract so I can then upgrade to the correct device?

@Laurie07 You don’t need todo anything except wait for your tariff to return back to the original tariff you had.

@Laurie07 once EE have we received the device back and process that return your account within change back to its old tariff, you will then be free to upgrade again. This can take between 5 to 10 working days.
you will not be charged for the return or new tariff.

Would I have to inform EE of me rejecting delivery or would it be automatic ?? Do you think i should call on tuesday
