It’s time for me to upgrade my phone and phi’s as my upgrade I wanted to new iPhone 14 pro max. When using the My EE app for some reason after selecting the 14 Pro Max and adding it to basket and checking out. It then appeared I had upgraded to the 13 pro max. How would I go about cancelling this?
