I have been with EE for four months yet when I try to order something I am told nothing can be ordered to my account at this time.

I rang customer services and was told there is no problem and I can order but I cannot.

I have complained yet again and still nothing can be added to my account at this time!

EE have not even had the decency to answer my latest complaint my patience is running out I never had this problem with three !

@JeffHem , have you tried ordering by ringing customer service? They should be able to put the order in for you, if you are not able to do this online.

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using Skype or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.

Yes I’ve rung EE and they said there’s no problem with my account and I can order but I’m losing patience with poor customer service at EE and the ER app is worse than useless wish I’d stayed with three and that’s saying something!!!!
