On the 28th of May I ordered an upgrade for my data WiFi as I am due for an upgrade at the end of my contract, I selected the Smart 5G hub on the unlimited plan and paid £60 upfront. I received the confirmation email but when I enter the order number it says it cannot show my order details right now, it was supposed to be 24hr dispatch but I've downloaded the dpd app and it's not found and I can't stay on hold cause I'm a driver for work. When will I receive my hub?
