Hi all, ordered a monthly contract with the device and was told I would receive a text. I ordered the contract at 6pm yesterday on 29th September 2025. Unfortunetly I had put my old number on the account because I thought it meant the number i would like. I didnt think to put another number on there to receive tracking as the whole reason I am ordering this phone is because my old phone is broken. So I dont have access to another number. I tried using the tracking page but i keep getting an error despite entering the correct email and reference number. Is it possible to get another text about the delivery now that I have changed my EE account phone number to my partners?

I recommend speaking to our Customer Support team so they can check the contact number on your order. That contact number will be where PIN numbers and delivery information will be sent to, so it's important that they make sure it's correct.

Download the DPD app as well as it will tell you if you have a delivery due.
