Apple Watch Ultra delivery date

I ordered an Apple Watch Ultra 3  with natural Milanese loop on the 29th Sept 2025 as an upgrade for the original Ultra and only  got a thanks for your order email, I called a few days later to check the order had gone through and was told it was all fine and the contact number was changed to be my correct number and was told it would be about 6 weeks for dispatch, I have not received any other correspondence regarding the watch but have noticed it now says 7 days for dispatch if ordered today,. Why have I not had any other updates and why is the dispatch estimate so low now.  Thanks in advance guys.

I presume from the information given that it is the large strap of the Apple Watch Ultra 3 with natural Milanese loop? If so having checked our oldest back order still to be fulfilled is from before your order, so I would not worry that there is anything wrong with your order, it is still in the queue at the moment.

We updated the expected guidance for new orders to 7 days on 27th October, which means we are expecting to receive more and be able to fulfil existing and any new orders within 7 days, so I would keep an eye out for the dispatch and tracking information from DPD within the next week.

Morning @piclaim 

As @Alex_H has advised, DPD will be in touch with tracking details once the Apple Watch has been dispatched. You can also check for scheduled deliveries for your address in the DPD app.
