xbox game pass smart benefit

I changed over to SIM only last week with 3 smart benefits. One being the xbox game pass. However i have contacted EE three times now and I still cannot access this. I received the text with the link however whenever i try to sign in it says you are having technical difficulties. If this cannot be resolved i will be calling to cool off my contract as this is the main smart benefit I wanted.

No they didn't just told me to keep trying.

I would suggest giving us another call on 150, the team can get this looked into further for you. They can open a support ticket if needed to help you get this resolved.

Is there any way someone can call me as I have already spent hours on hold over the past 4 days trying to resolve this issue.
