Just to check. If i buy a roaming pass for £15 to use in australia, There are no other charges? and what do I have to do to set it up.

The Roam Abroad Pass is charged £15 per billing month from the billing month you order it (text ROAMING PASS to 150) to the billing month you cancel it (text STOP ROAMING PASS to 150).

Remember to text ROAMING to 150 before you leave UK to ensure roaming is enabled on your account.

I have just added on a roaming pass. Now it's telling me that there will be additional charges if i use if before my billing date. I wanted to use it straight away. Is this true? I can't use it until billing date? That's going to be useless.

Thanks for asking to add the Roam Abroad Pass, we'll confirm when it's been successfully added to your account. Additional charges apply if you add this before your bill date, and don't forget to remove the pass when you're back from your trip by texting STOP ROAMING PASS to 150.

As soon as you apply for the roaming pass this should be applied to your account for you to use. You do not have to wait till your next bill date.
