I'm trying to order a ps5, it says its in stock but its not letting me order it, is there a problem with the website?

@jessmummery98  You can only order from the add to plan store if your within the first 17 months of your contract.  

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
