nhs perks

I tried to log into my NHS perks account and it said details were wrong so I rest my password bit still saying its incorrect.   I tried to open a new account and told I already have one.  Ca  you help please?

Are you logging in with the work email and the new password? 

Could you try clearing cookies and cache and logging in again?
