Hi. Tomorrow I want to upgrade for new iPhone 14 Pro Max. Are new tariffs will be available before 1pm? And how it's better to do that to get it on release date, upgrade in app or better to call 150? I a not in UK right now.

@maxon_uk There is no guarantee you’ll get it on release day. It comes down to how many orders of that model type EE receive and how many EE receive from apple of that type and where you are in the queue to receive that device. There is no best way to order any device.

@maxon_uk , if you want to order from EE, be it upgrade or new, you would need to be in the UK to receive it, but as @Chris_B has written, that will all depend how many are pre-ordered and how many EE actually receive and when, as all networks will also be receiving the new phones, so you could have a wait, here in the forums we have no knowledge when and how many EE are going to receive of these new phones.

Yes I know, I come back on Saturday. Just want to know how better to upgrade, over the app or phone 📱 📞

@maxon_uk , I always find doing it by phone is the best, as they may be able to offer a better deal, but that is down to the individual as to what you prefer.

@maxon_uk , you are welcome, glad to help, but as usual, especially with new products, the phone lines may be busy, so sometimes if the wait is long, best to hang up and try again later, probably best first thing in the morning, I would have thought.
