iPhone 11 damage return

Hi there,
My iPhone 11 has the screen broken and it’s fully paid but I did not had insurance so I did a upgrade to iPhone 12 last Thursday my question is if I was meant to give you the broken iPhone would I get any compensation for it ?

@Djalo  if you upgraded then the 11 is your to keep.   You’ll get no compensation as you call it if you agreed to trade in that device as it’s broken.
