hello, i have tried to access my EE perks account but it states that this is now deactivated. can you reactivate this?

I understand the codes are accessed via my perks but the trouble I am having is accessing my EE account (XXXXXXXXX@XXXXXXXXXXX) as it’s saying it’s deactivated, when I originally signed up I didn’t verify my email address in the timeframe and it’s disabled my account. I need the account activated so I can access these codes.

Hi @AshleyDodson.
The EE Perk Portal is not for employees. Have you been able to look on your work intranet? this is were you will find your code rather than on the EE Perk Portal.
