Xbox offer

I upgraded back in November to a pixel 6 with the Xbox offer via the online store. I paid the 31 but never received my Xbox or free accessory kit. I've been told I had to claim via www.pixel-offers.com but the website doesn't work. How can I still claim this offer when I've had no success previously!?

 

Any help greatly appreciated

The offer has likely expired now 8 months on. You might not be able to claim, hence the site doesn't work.
