I upgraded my contract a few weeks ago and added the XBox Game Pass, but whenever I've clicked the link in the text message it just tells me that there's nothing to activate.. and there's nothing to give any clues about how to log in to see if it's activated.
I have a Hotmail account which I use for Microsoft which lets me log in and I have the option to buy a game pass, but my EE account uses a different email address which I can't log in to Microsoft / XBox with, as it's not a Microsoft email address... and I can't see anywhere in the Microsoft account to link my phone number / EE account for it to know I have a game pass.
any help would be great....

Welcome to the community.
Have you added the Game Pass as an inclusive extra in your My EE account? If you have done it that way and the link on that message isn't working, I would recommend speaking to our Mobile Care team so they can check it all from our side.
