How ridiculous is it I have multiple lines and went to upgrade my tablet line checkout and email added multi line discount no problems now I'm being told it won't count. Then went helpline being told no upgrades don't count told them I had an email from the checkout showing discount added. They asked me to forward it and low and behold discount added. I appreciate the help from the help line but why was I made to go through the stress of having to prove to you about the discount added to the upgrade by your own system does the left hand not talk to the right hand?
