Been with EE a very long time , it’s time again to renew/upgrade and it’s not as straightforward as it was last time around . I am not big on tech but I know what I want and don’t seem to be able to steal to anyone to sort it out. The upgrades/plan offers online are ridiculous and I am certainly not paying anything upfront . I’ve a monthly figure I want to pay , and will take an iPhone 13 . I want the same plan I am on allready how hard can it be . Can someone from upgrades contact me and sort this out. Cheers.
