Hi,
Over the weekend I bought the unlimited data for 24 hours add on but looking at my account this morning it's saying all my data for this month has been used up and in now on stay connected.
Why is this? I bought the 24 hour add on so that I wouldn't use all my data

Hi,
No, I get 10gb included in my plan but I needed to hotspot and stream over the weekend so added the unlimited as I realised I'd be using up too much data. I hadn't used much of the data that was included in my plan before I added or after the add on finished.
I've just been in touch with customer service and they've given me back the data I had left before I added the add on and all my data went.
