Hey,

I have a problem with my unlimited data. I bought 30 days unlimited data and it has expired four days later and I don’t know why.

That’s kinda annoying to spend 40 to use unlimited data for only four of two days…

I would recommend giving us a call and speak with our customer care team. 

The team are in the best position to be able to see why your add-on expired early.

Are you pay as you go or pay monthly?

Did a pack or plan refresh happen around this time?

Well, I’ve changed my pack and now I pay 15p.

I was thinking about pack for 30p, but 100GB is not enough for me.

I have changed my pack and then bought unlimited data, but it has expired today. I paid for it and was able to use it for four days.

I have the same problem. I contracted the unlimited data rate, but the limit is reached at 100Gb and then I lose communications. This is not useful for me. I need a really unlimited rate even if it is more expensive.

The 100GB is related to gifting data. You can only gift from the first 100GB of your usage. This won't affect the mobile data connection on your device.

The fact is that there have been several months in which the connection is cut when it reaches 100Gbs. So we understand that there is some kind of limitation. In any case, I need an EE technician to check because we have stopped having an internet connection with the SIM that we have contracted.

Could you help us in this diagnostic process? Every day that we don't have data is critical for us.
