Unable to log into perk

Good morning,

I recently upgraded my contract and was informed I needed to log back into EE Perk to reactivate my blue light discount. Each time I try to log in I’m told my details are invalid or that I need a password reset (which hasn’t appeared in my email).

Did you register using your work email or personal email address? 

Have you checked your junk/spam folders for both email addresses?

I used my personal email to register I believe, I can’t see anything in my junk folder.
