I've been with EE just under a year now so I am eligible to get the PS5 bundle with my phone deal, however, every time I go to checkout it never loads to the next stage - the loading symbol on the website just keeps going forever. How do I sort this out? I rang up and they said the call centres can't sort PS5s. Do I need to go into a store and talk about my account? Has the website got it wrong and there's actually no PS5s in stock? I've been trying to sort this for over a day now and I'm getting no where so would appreciate some help/

I’ve got same issue I’ve have my contact over a year and been trying for 2 days to get one with no luck it’s s joke. No one can help either

@jurgengerrylfc1 It’s available to order now and it has a delivery time of 1-7 days. You just have to be a contract customer and be within the first 17 months of that contract to purchase from the add to plan store.
