Trying to change Inclusive Benefit

trying to change my Inclusive Benefit from Apple Music which I don’t remember adding to Roaming Further.  
On the Inclusive Benefit page there is an info box saying my benefit is active and the page does not seem to render properly so I can select the Benefits that I want to change.

has anyone else had this issue? Can’t find anywhere to call or Live Chat with ER

Are you able to try a different browser or if you inly have one installed, an incognito/inPrivate window, depending on which browser you have? Sometimes that fixes issues with EEs web pages.
