I have a 20% discount on my upgrades for a new phone and also the £12 trade in discount. When I’m at the checkout it applies the 20% discount but doesn’t mention anything about the trade in offer

The trade in discount is added separately. There should be a paragraph explaining this when you're at the checkout. 🙂
