How easy it is to merge mobile contract of my partner from another server to my EE account ? Could he retain the same mobile number ?

@ChekMinOng You cannot merge from a different network you’ll need to take out an additional line on your account, your partner will need to give notice to their network provider and request a PAC code, you then give this code to EE who will then port that number from that other network to your additional line that that you took out on your account. You’ll also receive a 10% discount on that additional line as it’s a second line on your account. If your partner intends on using their device on EE you need to make sure that device is unlocked from that other network provider ( you need to ask that network for that ) if it’s not a already purchased unlock device.

Please see the below links for advice on how to use a PAC to transfer a mobile phone number from one mobile service provider to a different mobile service provider.
You could add an Additional Line to your EE account and provide the PAC from your partner's service provider (different from EE) to retain the same number.
Alternatively, your partner can start a new SIM-only contract with EE on a new EE account and provide the PAC to retain the number.
