I have just seen my upgrade phones you must think I have money to burn so come January you have lost a customer

@stevesutton2007  They are only recommending a device/tariff you are not forced to have it you can have any device/tariff if your within the standard upgrade period. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
