Still no £200 card offer with pixel 7 upgrade

Hello,

I have had my Google pixel 7 as part of an upgrade for over a month now and still not received anything regarding the £200 prepaid credit card. 

I have been a loyal customer for over 10 years so would expect EE to honour this offer that was so widely promoted. 

I want a team member of EE to action this ASAP. I am happy to provide more information when needed.
