I have a 30% code that I got sent through text message but when I go to apply it, it doesn’t seem to work I don’t know if I’m applying it in the wrong place but there doesn’t seem to be anywhere that says promo code

Hi thank you for the response, on the text message it says it’s an exclusive discount code but as I was going through to get a sim only I couldn’t see anything that said ‘got a voucher’

Does the plan that you've selected already have a discount on it?

Only one discount can be used per plan, so this could be stopping you from entering a code.

It’s the 31 pound unlimited data I don’t think it has a discount on it but there’s no where to put one on
