Samsung promotions

So I did the Samsung promotions with the phone I purchased and was told within 45 days to get the cashback today's day47 and still haven't recieved it.have done a live chat and rang them with no compassion or help what so ever. Anyone else not recieved there's.

No I keep getting palmed off whe  I ring and email them

Have already claimed it awaiting them to put in my bank as I keep being told when I ring them they will ring me back and for 48 hours this hasn't happened.
