Just swapped from SKY- no better-worse if anything. Make matters worse> Mobile phone (Samsung A13) on offer on EE site via B,T Customer> £18. Told by Agent that the price no longer available, now £21? Friend referred me to E.E. so qualify for Amazon vouchers? No -according to online Agent this is no longer available despite advertising it on the E,E. website????? today?? Whats going on??
Need a new phone so booked a appointment-got in car and went to BT Shop in Leigh. Told by assistant that the price is £23 for same package, and i dont know where you got the price from?? Am i losing it?? Got back in car -went home -back online -managed to order for £18???????? Will someone please address this awful situation and correct. If refer a frIend still exists then i am entitled to vouchers and my friend as ADVERTISED by E.E. and B.T.

The Samsung Galaxy A13 is available on the EE Shop site from £19 pm with 1GB. For £23 pm you get 4GB. More data pm costs more.

The point is if you come from the BT site, you are shown lower costs:

Does anyone have the link to the BT page in question please?
We'll take a look at it and find out if this is correct.
Thanks

@Christopher_G it is on BT Mobile Phone Plans, and takes you to the page I linked above:

@smick63 Just to point out what a store can offer is not always going to be what’s offered online. You’ll always get a better deal online.

I am equally confused! Best offer for a Samsung A13 on EE: £23 plus £50 upfront. Same phone on Sky: £18 no upfront cost. I am with EE since it was still ORANGE, but they really do make it difficult to remain loyal!! I have a very similar problem with my EE Broadband/Landline. I got offered the same contract I had for the last 2 years for only £10 more! What world are they living in??
