I bought £20 add on as away for 7days. Used it one day for SatNav and then got a text yesterday to say I'd reached my spend cap limit Haven't had data switched again? What have I done wrong? I have a one plus Nord

The £2 per day roaming should be standard without an extra add-on, @Teen25.

What is your spend cap set to? What extra charges are there in your My EE account?

There isn't a £20, £2 per day roaming add-on. There's either the £11.40 pm Roam Abroad Pass or the free £2 per day roaming add-on.

What extra charges are there in your My EE account, @Teen25

You can pause your spend cap by texting PAUSE SPEND CAP to 150. I would suggest making sure you have the correct add-ons in place to avoid a large bill though.

It may be worth calling our customer service team.
