My perk password wouldn't work so I tried to rest it, I get sent the link via email but when I put the new password in it just says unable to rest password. This has been going on for over a month, I want to upgrade but would also like the 20%. Its annoying, I know others that it's happened to they ended up just changing companies! I don't sent to have to change but it's really annoying now
