I referred a friend in July 2022, we were promised £25 each Amazon vouchers after 45 days and he paid 2 bills. All done, still no vouchers! Despite going on chat every week only to be fobbed off with excuses! How unfair to promote this and not carry it through! I am so angry. Anyone had the same trouble??

I don't have a webpage but I have the email sent to me and my friend when he signed up with EE. I can forward that to you.

I have been on numerous chats on the EE app and they just keep fobbing me off!

What were you advised when you spoke to Customer Care? Have they already chased up your gift card with the relevant department?

No I have been on chats with EE just been passed from agent to agent, manager to manager. They just keep saying its a technical issue or something! When my friend signed up,  we were promised £25 each Amazon vouchers within 45 days and he paid 2 bills, which he has. On the email we received it said we would get them within 45 days  that was in July! When I have been on chats, I might add, over 2 hours yesterday and god knows how many hours before that, nobody will help, and nobody seems to know anything ! Such poor service, you are still advertising a refer a friend promotion I have checked, Amazon vouchers, so is every body having this problem?!? I have been so angry and frustrated.

I'd recommend getting in touch with Customer Care on 150. The team will be happy to make sure this is chased up for you, if it hasn't been already.
